Position: Non-Voice Associate?

Join our team as a Non-Voice Associate. We welcome candidates with a qualification of 10+2, Graduates, and Postgraduates, both freshers and experienced individuals, to be part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Handle non-voice tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.

Process orders, handle customer queries, and resolve issues through email, chat, or other non-voice channels.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to optimise processes and enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

Qualification: 10+2, Graduates, and Postgraduates.

Freshers: Starting salary of 16,000.

Experienced: Salary up to 20,000 (2+ years experience).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

VT9 quality standards.

Age criteria: Up to 32 years.

Shifts:

Female: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Male: Any 9 hours shifts between 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Location: Tin Factory, Bangalore.
