Position Title: Financial Director of Overseas Oilfield

Number of Positions: 1

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating and implementing oilfield financial strategies, ensuring the achievement of financial goals, supporting business development, and improving financial efficiency and effectiveness;

2. Responsible for the annual budget preparation of the oilfield, participating in major investment and financing decisions of the oilfield, evaluating the financial feasibility and potential risks of the project;

3. Responsible for financial analysis of the oilfield, providing business decision support, participating in the formulation of business strategies, promoting business growth and maximizing profits;

4. Responsible for the rational allocation and effective utilization of oilfield resources, responsible for oilfield fund management, ensuring the funding needs of the company's strategic development, and ensuring the steady and orderly progress of oilfield development;

5. Establish good cooperative relationships with external institutions such as banks, auditors, and tax authorities in the host country, establish and improve a financial risk management system, and ensure the financial stability and compliant operation of the oilfield;

6. Responsible for forming a financial team, managing and guiding the financial team to improve professional skills and work efficiency.

Job Requirements：

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budget management, and cost control of industrial clusters, ensuring the strategic alignment of financial activities with business;

2. Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the achievement of financial goals, support business development, and improve financial efficiency and effectiveness;

3. Responsible for industry financial analysis, providing business decision support, participating in the formulation of business strategies, promoting business growth and maximizing profits;

4. Responsible for issuing independent financial reports for industrial clusters, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information, and maintaining good cooperative relationships with external institutions such as banks, auditors, and tax authorities in the host country;

5. Responsible for industrial fund management to ensure the funding needs of the company's strategic development;

6. Responsible for the overall tax planning of the company, timely understanding various tax preferential policies, and reasonably reducing tax burden;

7. Manage financial risks, establish and implement internal control systems, ensure compliance, and reduce potential financial losses and risks;

8. Work closely with other departments to provide financial consulting and support, optimize business processes, and improve overall operational efficiency;

9. Responsible for building the financial team, including organizing training and career development planning, to enhance the team's professional ability and comprehensive quality.

Job Requirements：

1. Major in financial management, accounting, or finance, with a master's degree or above, in good health;

2. Have more than 7 years of experience in managing financial teams in large and medium-sized enterprises; Having over 5 years of experience in tax management and possessing a professional foundation in international taxation;

3. Possess skills in cost management, financial analysis, tax planning, and risk control, with experience in fund planning, financing, and capital operation;

4. Possess fluent English speaking and written expression skills, and English can be used as the working language. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred;

5. Familiar with PRC GAAP or IFRS, and possessing corresponding professional qualifications.

Position Title: Regional Financial Director

Location: Beijing/Dubai/Iraq and other Middle Eastern countries

Number of Positions: 2

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating financial management rules and regulations, organizing the formulation and implementation of financial operation goals and plans.

2. Responsible for preparing budgets, analyzing, predicting, controlling, and assessing budget execution;

3. Responsible for tracking, supervising, coordinating and cooperating with fund recovery work, and conducting comprehensive supervision on fund recovery and utilization;

4. Familiar with tax policies and regulations, formulate tax planning, reasonably reduce the group's tax burden, responsible for supervising the implementation of tax planning schemes for legal entities in various regions, and paying taxes reasonably;

5. Responsible for organizing the formulation of cost management goals, standard costs, cost quotas, as well as cost reduction and efficiency improvement goals, plans, and measures, and analyzing, predicting, controlling, and assessing costs;

6. Participate in investment demonstration, review, decision-making of industrial and construction projects, as well as asset use management, acceptance and capital transfer, inventory, disposal and other work;

7. Responsible for comprehensive financial supervision and inspection, including fund receipts and payments, asset purchases, project execution, financial information and system execution, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating local financial management rules and regulations, and for formulating and implementing financial operation goals and plans;

2. Responsible for preparing budgets, analyzing, predicting, controlling, and assessing budget execution;

3. Responsible for tracking, supervising, coordinating and cooperating with fund recovery work, and conducting comprehensive supervision on fund recovery and utilization;

4. Familiar with tax policies and regulations, formulate tax planning, reasonably reduce the group's tax burden, responsible for supervising the implementation of tax planning schemes for legal entities in various regions, and paying taxes reasonably;

5. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual preparation and analysis of corporate financial statements, verifying and reviewing financial data indicators of various corporate financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data in corporate financial statements;

6. Participate in investment demonstration, review, decision-making of industrial and construction projects, as well as asset use management, acceptance and capital transfer, inventory, disposal and other work;

7. Responsible for comprehensive financial supervision and inspection, including fund receipts and payments, asset purchases, project execution, financial information and system execution, etc;

8. Responsible for coordinating internal and external audits, and organizing special work for audit rectification;

9. Responsible for the operation and management of financial systems and the construction of financial teams, conducting comprehensive evaluations of financial personnel, and effectively playing the role of financial team management.
