We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee and manage our building portfolio.

Responsibilities

?

Overseeing and agreeing to contracts and provides for services including but not limited to security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology etc.

Supervising employee teams including but not limited to cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security

Ensuring that the basic facilities within our buildings under our portfolio are well maintained at all times

Managing budgets to ensure cost effectiveness

Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards at all times

Overseeing building projects, renovations and refurbishments

Drafting reports and making written recommendations

Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs

Perform analysis and forecasting for budget purposes

Perform other related duties as and when required

Requirements and Skills

?

Proven work experience as a Mechanical Engineer

Minimum 5 years’ experience required

Project management skills

Must be a team player

Technical skills a must

Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner ?

Creativity and analytical skills

Creative problem-solving skills

University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
