Job Descriptions

• Marketing Strategy Development & Execution

-??????Oversee & execute the organization of marketing campaigns (digital & offline) for the hospitals of IHH Healthcare Singapore.

-??????Managing social media platform and keep all relevant parties up to date in regards to the latest social trends with regards to the business.

-??????Increasing brand awareness across various social platforms for IHH Healthcare Singapore.

-??????Maintain strong communication between the company and external stakeholders.

• Market Research & development of strategic direction

-??????Collecting & collating information to identify any new trends or opportunities in the patient acquisition.

-???????Work with the country manager in developing various marketing & strategy for various groups of target customers. (such as Go To Market strategies, Putting across Unique Selling Points etc)

• Stakeholder Collaboration

-????? Collaborate with other departments, such as patient services team in Cambodia and marketing team in Singapore and Philippines, to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.

• Lead Generation and Conversion / Reporting and Analysis

-??????Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new patients and nurture existing leads.

-??????Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to management.

-???????Use data to make informed decisions and refine strategies for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• Good spoken and written English languages;
• A committed team player able to work on own initiative with the minimum of supervision;
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Must be well-organised and meticulous;
• Able to work independently.
