Executive Assistant/Project Management

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and leadership team, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Executive Assistant?Responsibilities:

• Manage Executive Calendar: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO and other executives.
• Prepare Documents & Presentations: Create and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
• Coordinate Meetings: Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Screen Calls & Emails: Act as a gatekeeper, filtering and prioritizing communications to the executive team.
• Handle Confidential Information: Manage sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team

Executive Assistant?Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Associate may have to be on call at times
• Bilingual Preferred
