We are HIRING for Key Account specialist for Bangalore location.

Exp-2 to 3 Years

Job Description-

1)?Analyse and resolve client queries in accurate and timely manner.

2)?Maintain positive and friendly working relationship with clients for business growth.

3)?Manage endorsement requests and change requests from customers.

4)?Provide customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.

5)?Ensure client deliverables are in accordance with company standards.

6)?Execute and manage assigned work within allotted timeline.

7)?Must stay abreast of changes in markets and technologies to be able to analyse accounts

and reinvigorate them, if necessary.

8) Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

9) Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.

10) Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.

11) Create strategic business plans to improve profitability by existing product offering
