Remote Positions

Independent Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruiting process, conduct sourcing and screening candidates;
  • Manage recruitment outreach via telephone/email/Skype to reach the weekly target;
  • Record accurate information for each job/candidate/school and write communication logs to TTJ on-cloud business platform;
  • Assist the team to explore new sources of teacher & school leads continuously;
  • Develop strong interpersonal relationships with candidates and school HRs, to fully understand their needs and preferences;
  • Achieve a successful hiring result for assigned school account through excellent coordinating, negotiating and customized talent sourcing;
  • Assist the team leader to deliver training and fulfill the duty of “Adviser” for newcomer;
  • Handle other tasks requested by line manager and contribute to whole team’s success.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's’s degree is mandatory, English/Education/HR major is a plus;
  • At least one year full-time experience in the field of in-house recruitment, headhunting or business sales;
  • A good command of English (no less than IELTS 6.5 or other equivalent score), and be able to speak and type English fast;
  • A strong willingness to be an expert in the international education recruitment industry;
  • Be able to work under pressure.

Recruitment Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support recruiting process, conduct sourcing and screening candidates;
  • Contact with foreign candidates via telephone/email/video to reach the weekly target;
  • Interview foreign candidates independently and assist to match them with suitable teaching positions;
  • Record accurate information for each job/candidate/school, write communication logs to TTJ on-cloud business platform;
  • Complete other tasks requested by line manager, contribute to whole team’s success.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's’s degree is mandatory, English/Education/HR major will be a plus;
  • A good level of English (no less than IELTS 6.5 or other equivalent results), be able to speak English fluently and write in English fast;
  • A strong willingness to be an expert in the international education recruitment industry;
  • Be able to work under pressure.?

School Account Executive

Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Achieve sales targets and business developing objectives with HR connections;
  • Manage sales outreach via cold-call/email/online-meeting to reach weekly target;
  • Operate online sales campaign through email campaign, SNS and SEO technology;
  • Manage and expand client account list continuously in TTJ’s managerial backend;
  • Be able to monitor sales progress & web traffic and create a performance report accordingly.

Account Manager

  • According to the arrangement of the general manager, connect with the customer resources of the company and assume the role of account manager;
  • According to the company's policy, complete the schedule work of the account manager, improve the stickiness between TTJ and customers, and cooperate with all the company's business teams and team members to improve the employer's annual delivery completion.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory, business/marketing major is a plus;
  • Can speak/write in English and Mandarin;
  • The assistant level requires 0-1 years of relevant experience, and the specialist level requires 1-2 years of relevant experience;
  • A strong sense of market and sales, persistent and goal-oriented attitude;
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet the seasonal target;

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership: Become a partner of a subsidiary of Ganwei Company and be responsible for the subsidiary's operating income/operating profit/annual business target growth.
  • Business: Conduct teacher search, interview and employer matching based on the recruitment management system of the head office. Continue to expand the number of contracted employers and increase TTJ's market share in the international education industry in China.
  • Team: Undertake the recruitment, training and management of its own team with the assistance of the headquarters, and improve the team's recruitment and delivery capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Regularly summarize business progress with the headquarters, implement the management rules and business processes of the head office, to ensure high-quality team collaboration, and improve the efficiency and quality of job delivery.
  • Growth: Work closely with the head office to continuously increase the annual turnover of subsidiaries, the number of contracted employers, and the financial performance of subsidiaries.

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of experience in foreign recruitment/headhunting industry, love and be good at recruitment, and love the education industry.
  • I agree with TopTutorJob's strategy, vision and philosophy, and I am willing to start from scratch and start a business together.
  • Possess excellent team management ability, able to build and develop the team from 0-1.
  • Excellent writing, speaking and reading skills in English, able to communicate with foreign candidates without barriers.

Remote and Offline Position

Human Resource Business Partner

Responsibilities

Recruitment Management

  • Get trained and search qualified internal candidate resume through different recruitment platforms;
  • Contact and arrange interviews with candidates via telephone/email to support recruiting process .

Training & Development

  • According to the requirements of the company's development and SOP, assist in optimizing the company's training system and ensure its implementation, regularly review and update relevant training materials, and ensure the achievement of the team's learning objectives through continuous supervision and assessment;
  • Assist to deliver newcomer orientation training.
  • Coordinate, manage and lead the company's recruitment team to provide necessary support for the team's business success.

Staffing

  • Assist to complete other HR related tasks, such as employee’s personal files management, contracts management and the other kinds of employee relationships;
  • Assist to manage all HR processes including onboarding, social security, employee benefits, exit processes and so on.
  • Assist in the preparation, launching and full implementation of performance management.

Account Manager

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory, Business/Education/HR major is a plus;
