Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers in the African and Caribbean markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with vehicle selection, payment terms, and shipping logistics.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales performance.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and timely deliveries.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Sales Executives: 1 - 2 years of experience in automobile sales, international trade, or a related field.
• Senior Sales Executives: 3 - 5 years of proven experience in sales with a strong ability to close deals and manage customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Knowledge of the African or Caribbean automobile market is an advantage.
• Self-motivated individuals with a goal-oriented approach to sales.
