We are seeking a talented and motivated HubSpot Developer to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our HubSpot platform to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. As a HubSpot Developer, you will be responsible for creating, customizing, and maintaining various aspects of our HubSpot ecosystem, including landing pages, email templates, workflows, and integrations with other systems. Your expertise in HubSpot's tools and technologies will be instrumental in streamlining marketing, sales, and customer service processes.

Responsibilities:

1. HubSpot Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and configure HubSpot based on business needs. This includes setting up accounts, creating custom objects, and designing workflows to automate marketing and sales processes.
2. Website and Landing Page Development: Build and optimize responsive and visually appealing landing pages, templates, and website components using HubSpot's design tools, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ensure seamless integration with our existing website and maintain a consistent user experience.
3. Email Marketing: Design and code responsive email templates, optimize for deliverability, and implement personalized dynamic content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
4. Marketing Automation: Develop and manage automated workflows within HubSpot to nurture leads, trigger personalized communications, and facilitate lead handoff to sales teams.
5. Data Management: Oversee data integration and synchronization between HubSpot and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
6. A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct regular A/B tests on various HubSpot elements, such as email subject lines, landing page designs, and CTAs, to continuously optimize performance.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Utilize HubSpot's reporting and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track lead generation, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
8. Troubleshooting and Support: Act as a go-to resource for internal teams, offering technical support and troubleshooting assistance for HubSpot-related issues.
9. Stay Updated on HubSpot Trends: Keep abreast of the latest updates, features, and best practices within the HubSpot platform and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven work experience as a HubSpot Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful HubSpot implementations and projects.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot's marketing automation tools, CMS, email marketing, and reporting capabilities. Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to customize templates and develop responsive designs.
3. Marketing and Sales Understanding: Familiarity with marketing and sales processes, lead nurturing strategies, and customer journey mapping to optimize HubSpot's functionalities accordingly.
4. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions that meet business objectives.
5. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and articulate technical solutions effectively.
6. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
7. Continuous Learning: Demonstrated enthusiasm for staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in marketing automation and CRM.
