Job Title: Finance Manager

Salary: USD 800-USD 1500 / Negotiable

Location: Phnom Penh

Job Descriptions

• Monitor the daily income, expenditure, and stock.
• Review all the required GR/IR information is being recorded into the accounting system.
• Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of all inventory controls.
• Control company operations and verify data in the accounting system.
• Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues.
• Supervise cash disbursements by verifying check amounts against invoices with the following cash or bank policies authorization by MD and AFM.
• Assisting staff members in the preparation of daily, monthly and quarterly accounting reports.
• Supervise bank reconciliations and general ledger accounts.
• Supervise and assist accounts receivable team in collection payments.
• Prepare daily, monthly and annual accounting reports to Finance Manager.
• Supervise the daily accounting transactions including bank reconciliation, account payable, accounts receivable, accounts stock and general ledger.
• Deal with teamwork related to accounting policy and procedure.

Job Requirements

• FP&A, investment banking, business administration, or management consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
• Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
• Strong financial system and business administration understanding.
