We are hiring a Software Tester

Responsibilities:

• Continuously assess and test the quality of existing and newly developed software.
• Perform negative and stress testing to ensure software robustness.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams for seamless integration.
• Review documentation to understand testing requirements.
• Design and execute test plans based on gathered information.
• Identify, report, and prioritize software defects.
• Conduct regression testing after code changes or fixes.
• Prepare detailed reports on testing outcomes.
• Identify software vulnerabilities and ensure data security.
• Develop test designs, processes, cases, and data.
• Plan, implement, and monitor security tests to safeguard sensitive data and services.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related methodologies.
• Ability to write automated tests using tools like Selenium, JUnit, and SOAP UI.
• Experience with web application testing and bug tracking systems.
• Familiarity with testing techniques such as positive/negative testing, smoke testing, and integration testing.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and experience working in Agile environments is preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in quality assurance or software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
