Requirements:

• Solid experience with Apache server configuration and management.
• Extensive knowledge of MySQL, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager to oversee and manage the IT operations, with a specific focus on Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS), project management, and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, warehousing processes, and stakeholder management. The IT Manager will be responsible for driving the progress of IT projects, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and reporting directly to the Group CTO.

Key Responsibilities:

Infor WMS Management:

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Infor Warehouse Management System.
• Ensure the WMS is fully integrated with other business systems and supports warehouse operations efficiently.
• Provide technical support and training to users to maximize the WMS's potential.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Customer Management:

• Act as the IT contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction with IT services.
• Facilitate regular communication with customers to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.

Internal Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and logistics teams, to ensure IT alignment with business goals.
• Provide regular updates to the Group CTO on IT project status, challenges, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to support overall business objectives.

IT Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the management and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Ensure the IT infrastructure supports business operations effectively and is secure, scalable, and reliable.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve IT efficiency and effectiveness.

Knowledge of Warehousing:

• Apply in-depth knowledge of warehousing processes to support IT systems that enhance warehouse operations.
• Ensure IT solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements in warehousing and logistics.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on WMS (preferably Infor WMS) and IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects and customer relationships.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.

Reporting directly to the Group CTO, the IT Manager will play a key role in driving the success of IT initiatives, supporting internal stakeholders, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

TMS Management:

• Oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Ensure seamless integration of TMS with other enterprise systems and tools.
• Provide training and support to users to maximize the effectiveness of the TMS.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage IT projects related to transportation and logistics, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, address risks and issues, and ensure timely communication of project status to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

Customer Management:

• Act as the primary IT liaison for key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring IT solutions meet their requirements.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction with IT services.
