The opportunity is an exciting Creative Account Manager role leading direct and indirect reports as a project manager supporting full-service boutique consultancy clients.

?Creative Account Manager Requirements- To qualify, you should have the following:
- 3+ years’ experience in corporate communications, marketing agency, or financial services role (marketing required unless creating content for wealth management/financial services)
- Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
- Attention to detail is key, this person must be detail-oriented
- Polish and professionalism required for leading regular client meetings
- Excellent communication providing high touch, strategic and tactical client service as well as quickly flagging any issues and not being afraid to ask questions
- Foundational understanding of compliance and regulatory bodies
- A natural drive to take ownership of this role and take pride in work. No job is too small or too big, all hands-on deck mentality, passionate to go the extra mile to properly execute client projects and fulfill client needs with discretion
- Out of the box thinker who is tactical, looking to strategize, not just execute. This should be an idea person who is not afraid to raise their hand and make suggestions
- This role requires a point person who is assertive, articulate, mature and not easily intimidated. The Creative Account Manager must handle constructive criticism and negative feedback from a client with poise, without taking it personally
- Must work well under pressure, deadline oriented. Always ensuring movement in each assigned client account, ensure each team (involved on a client deliverable) is moving, ensure deadlines are met and all pieces are coming together from each team involved
?Creative Account Manager Responsibilities- The duties for the role are as follows:
- Lead out on weekly client meetings, creating and capturing direction for client collaboration on strategic projects and achieving larger goals
- Curate timelines and directives for client projects, including tactical visual workflows and comprehensive initiates to ensure client objectives are being met
- Oversee and report on marketing campaigns, continually building out and monitoring tactical strategies ensuring successful client outcomes
- Build out editorial and content production calendars, continually monitoring progress, adhering to schedules and utilizing firm’s tools and resources to optimize outcomes while paying extreme attention to detail
- Direct creation and completion of various types of communication materials including promotional items, emails, marketing collateral, website updates, digital content, etc. including final oversight in observance of all regulatory and quality standards
- Must be able to interpret and summarize podcasts and publications regarding market trends in wealth management, to stay on the cutting edge of client offerings
- Build collaboration across internal teams on client marketing projects, encouraging cohesive teamwork on creative, digital and social media campaigns, while monitoring compliance with deadlines and budget
