Job Descriptions

• This is a full-time F&B Corporate Sales Supervisor role based in Phnom Penh. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing the sales team and ensure the team meets sales targets. The role also requires establishing strong relationships with clients, tracking sales data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in F&B sales or related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Experience with handling corporate clients and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and provide recommendations.
• Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Khmer.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
