CFO(Chief Financial Officer)
- Collaborate with the Management and other key stakeholders to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and vision.
- Heading Banking & Finance team along with banking, treasury and risk management function of the company which involves day to day financial operations, cash management, risk management, project finance, Investor relationship etc.
- Provide strategic inputs in matter of reduction of finance cost, risk management and process improvement.
- Debt Funding, NCDs, Project financing tie-ups. Legal documentations, security perfections and financial closure.
- Lead fundraising strategies to support growth plans, including IPO readiness.
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting standards, regulations, and best practices. Comply with all accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements. Prepare monthly, quarterly annual P&L account, Audited Balance Sheet etc.
- Support the board of directors in corporate governance matters.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and potential risks.
- Develop and groom a team of professionals. Mange team for optimum productivity.
- Preparation of IM related to NCD, Debt Funding, Financial model, DPR etc.
- Relationship management with stakeholders (banks, institutions, regulators, investors, Mutual Fund Companies etc.)
- Monitor banking operations to ensure timely completion of procedures and process efficiency resulting in minimal operating costs and business ease
- Preparation of monthly MIS and reporting for senior management
4. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Should be a qualified CA or an MBA/PGDM in Finance
- At least 12 years of experience as CFO or CFO-1 or in senior leadership roles in finance divisions.
- Strong financial acumen and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in successful fundraising activities, including IPO readiness.
- Familiarity with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skillsBrainstorming on new initiatives, provide technical solution and come up with estimates
