Position Overview:?We are seeking an experienced The International IT Sales & Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong technical engineering background to lead our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in business development within the software industry, coupled with a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and target potential?clients in need of software solutions, establishing relationships to expand the company's customer base.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with software development teams to align client requirements with technical capabilities, ensuring feasible and effective solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, informing strategic planning.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our software solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
- Educational Background: Engineering degree is mandatory.
- Experience: 6 to 10 years of business development experience in the software industry, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth in the global and domestic market.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies, enabling effective communication with technical teams and clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in business development or sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specific industries served by the company, such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
