Job Description

• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
• Develop a strategy to achieve annual sales target, develops a business plan
• Develop sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of the company sales goal, profitability Manage, control sales plan's performance which includes short-term and long-term sales forecast
• Good execution in visibility and marketing activity at the point of sales
• Coaching team with development plan individually
• Build strong customer relationship
• Increase sales from potential customers and search for agents and IBs.
• Having experience in the financial markets (Forex, Stocks, Cryptocurrencies) is a plus
• Region: Vietnam
