• Bachelor degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a dedicated Business Analyst? in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile principles, values, and practices.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional agile teams and

delivering high-quality products.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and facilitate constructive discussions.
• Experience with various agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their

implementation.

• Proficient in using agile management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on industry trends and

best practices.
