I’ve been hearing from a lot of people who are worried about the potential of a housing bubble. If you have the same thought, let me reassure you that we’re not headed for a repeat of 2008. There are three stark differences between our current market and that one, and it starts with the fact that home supply is extremely limited. Last time, the bubble burst because there were too many homes for sale.
