Quite a few people are looking at our real estate market these days and getting worried about an impending crash. Today I’m here to set your mind at ease. We likely aren’t headed for a market crash, and I’m sharing a few reasons why. A lot of people are comparing the present market conditions to those of 2008 when we last experienced a crash, but things are very different now.
