I am so excited and grateful for this team! We also have just notified about 25 volunteers, asking them to help with other parts of this event, and once they confirm their participation, I'll list them as well!

The planning process

We'll have our big kick-off meeting on Monday, August 3rd at 2pm Central. You can join it via the live stream on our YouTube Channel.

You can follow along on our project plan in this Google Doc. You'll only have viewing rights to it, but you can contribute thoughts and ideas in the Slack channel!

The extended planning meetings with our incredible force of volunteers will kick off on Wednesday. August 5th at 2pm Central... also live streamed on our YouTube Channel.
