We have taken Selling out of Business

There are many reasons why businesses fail, the most common presented reason is cash flow and financial issues. But that is saying that a man dies of blood loss when he actually had his leg cut on an electric saw in the mill. You see we often just look for the easy answer to issues we don’t understand or don’t want to discuss in public.
So let’s get back to the failing businesses: It is not the cash flow that closed the business, it is the reason behind the cash flow: Sales. If in fact we had more sales in any company, then cash flow would be less of an issue. But sales in the traditional sense is just not working anymore in businesses in today’s markets: so we have taken sales out of the equation.
Gulp! How can a business survive without sales?
Think about it for a moment, who likes being sold to anymore? Well no-one right. So why do we continue with the traditional cycle of sales: cold calling, appointments, proposals and closing. Why do we send out hundreds of emails to people we have never met in the hope of closing a sale? It does not work: so stop it!
We at EM Solutions have created a new business model that does not have the word Sale in any of the blueprints, copy of processes. We have analysed the current market and redefine the process of exchange of goods from business to customer in a way that works for all and no sales.
This new model has now been brought into the curriculum of our Business Academy and is now ready for launch in the next cohort starting in October.
