We Have So Much To Be Grateful For
I invite you to take three uninterrupted minutes just for you. Be quietly with yourself, letting go of any worries, doubts, fears or concerns you may have. For the next three minutes, be with you. That is enough. You are enough.
Observe your self breathing. Observe, feel and allow the gentle flow in and the gentle flow out of breath.
Notice its rhythm, consistency, predictability, inevitability, like the ocean. More is always coming. There’s always more to release.
If you’re holding your breath, simply notice that you’re doing that, and relax the muscles in your jaw. relax your tongue, soften your lips.
Discover the natural ease of being present with letting breath flow in and out, in and out, in and out. Let the lullaby of your breath soothe, support and nourish you. Your breath is your health and your wealth. You can have as much as you want without depriving anyone else of having as much as they want.
From this quiet place, look back over the past year and acknowledge and appreciate your Self. We all love being acknowledged and appreciated. You can give yourself this gift any time you want more acknowledgement and appreciation. Now’s a good time to start.
Appreciate:
1. Appreciate all the good stuff you have accomplished, all the baby steps and big leaps you have taken, all the little and big rewards and results you are currently experiencing because of you and your decisions.

2. Appreciate all the good stuff that happened that you know you deserve.
3. Appreciate all the good stuff that happened that you didn’t really deserve. All the good stuff you received as gifts, as grace, as unexpected support when you were having a hard time. All the good stuff that made you wonder, “Who am I to …?”
Notice all of it and appreciate all of it. Thank all of it for showing up for you.
Take a moment to recognize, appreciate and praise your accomplishments, your determination, your willingness to do hard things and achieve great results because you were tenacious, persistent and held yourself accountable.
It’s so important to recognize what you have created and as a result, what you have received.
This self-awareness creates a virtuous cycle of confidence, upliftment and motivation to do more of that. You realize that what you’re doing is working, which inspires you to want to do more of that. You see that you are progressing. This feels good.
Keep the faith, hold steady with the vision of your future you want to create for yourself, and the contribution you want to make to humanity.
