We have never had a POTUS approving of having his vice president murdered but see what the CNN article alleged as to Trump and Mike Pence

Beto O'Rourke challenged Abbot, and others yesterday as to what the Texas governor as head of state of Texas was going to do about having 19 students murdered. If O'Rourke can do this, then we need to know what YOU, John Q. Public are going to do about a former POTUS at least apparently giving approval to having his VICE PRESIDENT murdered. If the report topic from CNN is part of the January 6 hearings June 9th and beyond, it is now incumbent upon the American public to ascertain if trolling for politically motivated murder as of January 6, 2021 is accepted "free speech". Bear in mind that the secret service has arrested American citizens for precisely this action. What makes the POTUS immune to the same restrictions against such violence ? And that against a member of the Capital ?

Right now it is put up or shut up time, for defenders of the US Constitution. If this restriction goes, how are we different from the barbarians in the Kremlin, who are by lies greenlighting industrial scale murder of Ukraine civilians ?

(CNN)A former aide to Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows told the House January 6 committee that?then-President Donald Trump ?had suggested to Meadows he approved of the?"hang Mike Pence" chants ?from rioters who stormed the US Capitol, two sources familiar with the matter told CNN.

Cassidy Hutchinson, the former aide, also testified that Trump complained about his then-vice president?being hustled to safety? while Trump supporters breached the Capitol, the sources said.

Hutchinson has answered the panel's questions during three separate sessions,?CNN previously reported . She went over "new ground" with the committee last week, though it was not immediately clear what was discussed during that deposition.

Trump spokesman Taylor Budowich said that "vague leaks" from the "partisan" committee is "just an extension of the Democrat smear campaign that has been exposed time and time again for being fabricated and dishonest," adding that "Americans are tired of the Democrat lies and the charades, but, sadly, it's the only thing they have to offer."

A spokesman for the House select committee investigating the January 6, 2021, insurrection declined to comment on both matters, which were?first reported ?by The New York Times.

An attorney for Meadows declined to comment to CNN. An attorney for Hutchinson did not respond to requests for comment.

At a rally preceding the Capitol riot, Trump said to the crowd: "Mike Pence, I hope you're going to stand up for the good of our Constitution and for the good of our country."

After Pence said that he did not believe he had the authority to reject Electoral College votes, Trump tweeted that "Mike Pence didn't have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution, giving States a chance to certify a corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which they were asked to previously certify. USA demands the truth!"

Videos from the Capitol during the riot show a man with a bullhorn, reading the tweet aloud to others in the mob. Inside, rioters swarmed the hallways and chanted, "Hang Mike Pence."
