We have a Master to serve..

When death comes knocking, what do people normally wish for? For many it would be to have a peaceful death surrounded by loved ones. For some it would be to fulfill any unsettled matters in their life. Yet, the fear of death remains even when desires are fulfilled.

Death is inevitable and it will be wonderful if we could help to ease the process of dying whenever possible. But surely it will be far better if we could also help them realize that death h...as been overcome. Believers, of all people, are uniquely poised to do that because we possess the gospel of Jesus Christ and His victory over death. Perhaps we could do more than just ease the process of dying for someone by offering the marvellous hope of eternal life in Christ as well.

Many are still living under the threat of death our loved ones, friends, neighbour, and colleagues who are either ignorant of the good news or else doubtful of the victory that the Son of God has achieved for us. Will you be that someone who takes the gospel to them?
