WE HAVE BEEN CALLED TO ACTION ON A PRACTICAL LEVEL AND ANYTHIG LESS, WILL MAKE OUR COMPASSION MEANINGLESS!

The passage, ‘The Lord is very compassionate’ (James 5:11 NKJV), reminds us that, when it comes to Christlike compassion, God always relates and responds to the needs of others, it is also comforting to know that no matter what our situation, challenge or adversity, because He also faced all the same tests that we are currently facing, He understands and is today saying, ‘I can relate. I’ve been there.’ In other words, whatever it is, pressure, rejection, pain, temptation, slander, lies or false accusations He’s been there and He understands. So let the knowledge that: 1) Compassion has no limits, it sponsors a hungry child, brings meals to those who are grieving and listens patiently to everyone who needs a friend; 2) It gets its hands dirty, writes cheques, sacrifices its own agenda, schedule, desires and dreams just to meet the needs of another; and 3) We have been called to action on a practical level and anything less, will make our compassion meaningless; teach you, today, to ask for grace to know the difference between looking good and doing good!FG. www.fgtalks.com
