We Have 5M N95 Mask in Stock, is that True?
I see that many people post online that they have 5m or 10m N95 mask in stock, is that true? According to the government report the daily capacity of N95 is 1m at 26th Feb in China
Let me give some statistics for your reference.
The daily capacity meltblown in China is about 200t now, those meltblown all use to produce the mask, it could be 200m 3ply face mask or 60m N95 mask, consider the difficulties to produce the N95 mask, many factories will choose to produce 3 ply face mask. Let's take example, 200t melblown will be divided into 150t for 3 ply face mask and 50t for N95 mask. So the daily capacity for 3 ply face mask is 150m and daily capacity for N95 mask is 15m. Moreover, most of face mask factories have to supply to the hospital and some government staff first,then they can supply to others. Remember that this is the daily capacity in whole China.
The price is about 2 usd/pcs for N95 mask, if someone who have 5m N95 in stock, it means 10m usd in warehouse,what kind of factory will look like? how many workers will be in the factory?
To produce the N95 mask, it needs to meet NIOSH standard, the factory needs to submit the specification and send samples to NIOSH lab for test,after NIOSH approval, then NIOSH will release the certification.
Anyway, be careful before you make payment on someone who you don't know and do not let others down who trusted you.
Very true hence why we only pay on pick up... in 6 weeeks only saw two people who had the stock

4 年I also don't believe there are stocks in other country. When China was in great need of masks last month, nearly all big stock of N95 masks had been imported to China and were used up. How comes the stock?
