We are growing! The Philadelphia Alpha Leadership Academy is now accepting applications for our expanded yearlong program!

The Alpha Leadership Academy (ALA), going into its 4th year was recently announced as a recipient of the DOJs 2015 Youth Mentoring Grant Opportunity. This grant has allowed us to expand our programming and enrollment capacity in the ALA. I am happy to announce that the Alpha Leadership Academy will now operate  year long (1 Saturday a month), and we can now provide at least 75 young men (current 6th-11th graders) entry into the program. This grant from the DOJ is in support of Alpha Phi Alpha's Go-To-High-School, Go-To-College? national program.

The mission of the Alpha Leadership Academy is to develop leaders and promote academic excellence while enhancing civic engagement and social responsibility among its participants.
