We are Great Place To Work-certified!

Bassadone Automotive Nordic has received Great Place To Work certificates in all three countries we operate in: Finland, Estonia, and Latvia. This is the fourth consecutive year the company has received the certification in Finland. In the Baltics, we received the certificate for the third time in Estonia and the second time in Latvia.

Fourth certificate for Auto Bassadone Suomi

The certificate is also fourth for our Finnish retail business unit, Autoverkkokauppa.fi. Autoverkkokauppa's new CEO, Tomi Orava , has noticed the GPTW feeling inside the company: "As a new member of Autoverkkokauppa's team, I have noticed that everyone seems to have the willingness to acknowledge a colleague by greeting them. Notably, people's empathy in acknowledging each other is at an impressive level. It has been noticed here that people make the Great Place To Work, and it starts with all of us. Two certificates in the Baltic countries

Our Baltic operations received their second and third certificate. "The GPTW survey and related certification is, for me, mainly an indication of Trust. ?It captures the employee perceptions of how the organization supports their professional growth and the impacts on their overall experience in the workplace, emphasizing employee development and alignment with organizational values. Contributing to a positive workplace culture and strong company helps to grow trust and loyalty. Not only is the certification important, but the GPTW survey is part of the toolset we use as the Autohalles team to build a new-era automotive retail company" says Auto Bassadone Baltic 's CEO, Veiko Karu .
