WE ARE READY...to unleash the magnificent power and strength of WOMEN to co-create, co-lead, LEAD, and build a DESTINY that WORKS for the many and not just the FEW.

HOW DO WE DO THAT? We begin with ourselves and - then - move out into our circles of family, friends and communities.

STARTING WITH...WHAT IS MY ASPIRATIONAL VISION FOR MY LIFE, FAMILY, COMMUNITY?

AND THEN...REACHING OUT TO OTHERS TO IGNITE, MOTIVATE AND EMPOWER A DIFFERENT CONVERSATION THAN WHAT WE HEAR EVERY SINGLE DAY.

"WHAT IS YOUR VISION FOR YOUR LIFE? YOUR FAMILY? YOUR COMMUNITY?"

IDENTIFY: Where are we the same? Where are we different?

MY VISION + YOUR VISION = OUR VISION

MY MAP OF THE WORLD + YOUR MAP OF THE WORLD = OUR MAP OF THE WORLD

To create a new DESTINY will require maximum participation. Some will take the lead, some will wait, some will not want to participate at all. Embrace this reality.

It's time to VISUALIZE BEYOND this current reality to shape, develop, create, and build a new one. What are the alternatives? Follow another's reality? REMEMBER the answers are always within us. KNOW AND OWN YOUR AND OUR POWER.

NEXT, it's time to gain the commitment of families and communities for a new DESTINY - at the grass-roots level. Otherwise, we are merely building castles in the sand.

Why is this important?

Be honest with yourself. We are all more transparent than we care to admit. These strengths and weaknesses become our vulnerabilities. They become what we react to and make us feel unsafe and insecure. We lose credibility when we get triggered by criticism. They become liabilities that undermine leadership.

EXPERIENCES + KNOWLEDGE = WISDOM

This powerful alchemy is gold. It will STRENGTHEN and BUFFER us in any storm.

We LEARN as we go through this ourselves...no one is exempt from FEAR, uncertainty, anger and confusion. This is a parallel process of grieving at the loss of what was and excitement for what can be, especially if we decide to participate and TAKE THE LEAP versus sit and wait on the sidelines and cheer or boo what we don't like or like.

LET'S DO THIS. NOW.

Inspire, embolden, coalesce others - En Masse. There can never be too many, only too few voices.
