Q1) What do we hate about website
Discussion feedback was that pop ups, automatic audio, slow loading and small crosses to remove pops ups etc were the most irritating
Q2) What devices to we use and when
The general gist was, if you are PC based for the day job then that is what you use as it is bigger, Smart Watches are out, mobiles for on the move and Virtual assistants lead to really irritating answers and generally makes you angry
However, as much as Cadre Rocket is focused on networking, it is also about though leadership. Kris M. discussed the AI summary and how moving forward we may not bother going to the website, what does that mean for our business futures? Will our websites and SEO work in the same way. Really pleased Kris positioned this for us to discuss

As part of my Introduction today I quoted 2 inspiration for Cadre Rocket at a Community
1) The Theme song from Cheers "where everybody know your name, and they're glad you came" Wouldn't it great if all networking felt that warm and fuzzy
2) Alive and Kicking by Simple Minds What you gonna do when things go wrong? What you gonna do when it all crack up?, Whats you gonna do when the love burns down? What you gonna do when the flames go up? Who is gonna come and turn the tide? What's it it gonna take turn the tide? What it's it gonna take to make the dream survive? Who got the touch to calm the storm inside? Who's gonna save you?
My ego would love it to be Cadre Rocket, but of course Cadre Rocket is about thought leadership and it is not about one person being all things to all people but a group, a Cadre of people capable and willing to support, inspire and be present.

New Sessions
Glen Horn are narrowing down the diary for a sessions at Shelford Rugby club, this will be huge for a Cambridge people, Shelford is just off the M11 West of Cambridge.
Jennifer McNamara and I went for a tour of Posh on Friday, fingers crossed that will be our venue for Peterborough, but it is very early days. Bobby Copping MBA MSc was a brilliant and welcoming host and took time to understand Cadre and it's vibe.
