One of the most interesting projects I've been involved with over the last 18 months is DDC Discusses . An event created by DDC OS that brings together scientists, academics and our world of Contact Centres & CX.

There have been such insightful sessions with Elizabeth Stokoe & Phoebe Asquith to name two.

The team at DDC have taken this unique project to a new level and on yesterdays show Chrissie Spencer joined me to chat about it and shared how to make this work for all our benefit we need your ?? help.

Who do you know doing research right now?

We are looking for research students who are focussing on areas of customer service or contact centre. We want to give you a platform to talk about your research, and engage the wider CX community.

In this show we were coming to the end of the section on interaction analytics and then moved onto self service.
