We have been going green since the mid-1970's according to my memory. Odd and Even license plates got gas on alternating days. Cars were getting smaller and pollution devices were all the rage.
Here we are in 2023, some 50 years later, and we aren't Green yet. We will discuss some of the infrastructure hurdles, entitlement hurdles, engineering hurdles, and political hurdles- a lot of hurdles.
