We, The Ghanaian People

We, the Ghanaian people, have it in ourselves to impact our environment and communities in both big and small ways.
I have critically observed the political and national discourse and landscape in Ghana and have come to the conclusion that our nation's progress is largely dependent on the integrity of heart of we, the PEOPLE.
When we decide to call a spade a spade and not a wooden spoon;
When we accept that wrong is wrong, irrespective of our preferences or political inclinations;
When we commit to giving praise where it is due and stop devaluing the good done by GHANAIANS, IRRESPECTIVE OF POLITICAL COLOUR, TRIBE, ECONOMIC STATUS, CREED OR RELIGION;
When we repent of the things that we ourselves do [in the quiet of our homes and offices] to undermine the progress of our nation; WHEN WE DECIDE TO SINCERELY PUT GHANA FIRST: Then, and only then, can we begin to hope for the creation of the progressive society that we seek.
True, we ain't perfect - But a progressive drive and collective will to do what is right by Ghana would significantly contribute to our forward march as a nation.
I pray that God gives us the strength, grace, and will, to do our best for our dear nation Ghana. May God bless us all: And may He continue to bless our homeland Ghana.
