Position - Resourcer

Location - Bristol

Salary – circa £20,000 to £22,000 p.a plus performance related bonus

Hours – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We will also consider slightly shorter days or a 4 day week where the remuneration will be pro-rata

About the company – Major Healthcare is a privately owned health care recruitment agency and 1 of 4 in the UK at present. We are part of the larger Major Recruitment family.

About the job – We are looking for someone to own the resourcing side of our business and help attract the best candidates for our Clients in the South of the UK. The exact territory is from the Midlands down to the south coast of England and the South of Wales. The roles you will be working on could be anything from entry level care staff such as Care Assistants or Support Workers to a more senior level ie Head of Care. As we work specifically in the health and social care sector it would be beneficial if you had some knowledge of this, although candidates with previous resourcing experience will also be considered. You will be given all the latest tools to perform your role and be working in a small team, currently comprising of 3 others. Due to the vast number of jobs we have on at any one time, you could be working across any number of roles for any number of different clients.

Type of person required – We are looking for a team player with a professional, patient and friendly manner who likes to be kept busy. The ideal candidate with have obtained a minimum GCSE Level B or above (or Level 6 or above) in English Language. You need to be a natural on the telephone and happy to be talking to candidates as a large part of your day. You also need to be naturally inquisitive and happy to spend a lot of time scrolling through CVs, tracking down the right candidates and proactively set about getting hold of them.

Qualifications required - Minimum GCSE Level B or above (or a level 6 or above) in English Language.
