It's been an exciting few months here at Perfectly Placed as we have grown our team recruiting two new talented additions. Kristy Rosengren has joined us as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Store based roles for our clients across the country.
When did you join the Perfectly Placed team?
I joined the Perfectly Placed team in June this year (2018) so I'm still very fresh into my role.
What were you doing before you started your career in recruitment?
My career before recruitment began at 16 years old when I progressed through the retail ranks starting as a Christmas Casual to a Regional Manager. I have worked with retailers such as Cotton On, Diva, Sheike, Ally Fashion and Bardot where I have had experience in working in NSW, VIC, SA, TAS and NT.
What have you enjoyed most about your role in recruitment so far?
I’ve loved the mentor-ship so far! It’s great to be able to help my candidates find the right fit for their career growth and not using a ‘cookie-cutter’ approach.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I’m a bit of a homebody. I love spending time with my fur babies and moving my furniture around a little too often.
What is your biggest fear?
Running out of ‘Real Housewives’ episodes to binge watch…. Sadly, I’m nearly there!
If you could be any animal what would it be and why??
A Meerkat! I love being able to socialise, but stick close to my family and really value this. And who doesn’t love a Meerkat!
