We are excited!

In this newsletter we are going to be covering three really good news for our Academia. Yes! We must confess some egocentrism in them, but we couldn't resist telling you.

First of all we are happy to share that our director and founder has been appointed as a Mentor with Climate-KIC . For sure his experience and their incredible understanding of the EU StartUp environment will be of benefit for many upcoming projects funded by the European Union and the New European Bauhaus . Mentors are a key component of Climate-KIC Accelerator programme and may be one of the most important reason to define the quality of their programme and the quality of the Start-ups growth results.

EIT Climate-KIC is the EU’s climate innovation initiative, working to accelerate the transition to a zero-carbon and resilient world by enabling systems transformation. Headquartered in Amsterdam, it operates from 13 hubs across Europe and is active in 39 countries. EIT Climate-KIC was established in 2010 and is predominately funded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union.

As a Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC), it brings together more than 400 partners from business, academia, the public and non-profit sectors to create networks of expertise, through which innovative products, services and systems are developed, brought to market and scaled-up for impact.

Our founder and director has been invited to become part of the selective group of mentors and advisors at Label Sessions Sessions. Labelmates at Label Sessions are part of a global platform that connects brands with the best advice from the most interesting people. They are leaders with a proven track record for driving change and are brought into businesses to advise and mentor internal leaders, develop powerful thought leadership, and facilitate leadership development programs and projects to accelerate change. Label Mates are matched with clients based on their experience, expertise, personality, and perspective. They are expected to provide accurate and truthful information about their experience and expertise, respect the confidentiality of information shared during live 1:1 sessions, and conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner.

And last but not least... Gonzalo Raineri, Ph.D. our Director had a great conversation with Keishia Quijano from Label Sessions in their Podcast series. it was a really relaxed and enjoyable conversation around Design and Sustainability.
