We Are Excited to Announce Our First Student of the Month: Drew!

Why We Do What We Do: Stories of Impact and Perseverance

Some days, association management can be tough—it's not for the faint of heart. There are moments when the challenges seem endless, and the climb feels steep. But stories like Drew’s remind us exactly why we do what we do.

Drew, a student at Parke Heritage High School, exemplifies the transformative impact of our mission. Recently, Drew was offered a job with a national trucking company in Kentucky—even before obtaining his CDL permit! This incredible opportunity came about because the company noticed him on Facebook during the National Truck Driving Championships, researched him, and reached out through their Indiana network. Drew's starting offer? A $75,000 salary with the potential for even more based on performance.

And here’s the most remarkable part: Drew is only 18 years old. While many his age are considering how to tackle rising student debt, Drew is already stepping into a career with stability, growth, and promise.

Drew’s story isn’t just about landing a great job—it’s a testament to the power of equipping young people with life-changing skills and opening doors to meaningful careers. His success is proof that what we do matters, not only for individuals like Drew but for the future of the trucking industry.

For every tough day, stories like Drew’s fuel our resolve. They remind us that together, we can transform lives, empower young people, and build a stronger trucking workforce.

Congratulations, Drew, on being our very first Student of the Month! You inspire us all to keep climbing.
