We don't want to network anymore.

We don't want to network anymore.

We don't want to network anymore.

Networking feels icky.

Networking can be inherently selfish.

Networking is transactional.

Networking is about WANTING something FROM someone.

We want to do what we do best, community building.

Community building feels good.

Community building is inherently selfless.

Community building is relational. Community building is about GIVING something to HELP someone.

Most women's groups or business groups focus on networking. They grow to 3000 people and just sell, sell, sell. Or leave you to your own devices. They are not facilitating TRUE connections between its members.

Not us.

No shoving business cards into peoples' hands. No 'Old Boys' Club' where you have to drink and play golf (Who has time for that!?! More often than not, not women...) No taking without giving.

Let me give you an example:

Someone in the Collective posted the other day, 'I feel like I am going to be let go'. 20 people responded with support and job connections. Not a single one of them asked for anything in return. The original poster reached out for emotional support, they weren't even asking for anything.

THAT’S what community is about.

THAT'S what we are so very proud of.

We have built a space that is making networking obsolete because our community is so strong.

So, if you have been feeling icky about networking, and feeling like there must be more, there is room for you in the Collective.

We open our doors on March 25th and only have room for about 70 new members this round. (Did we mention we cap our enrollment so you actually get to know everyone and get support from our coaches? Yup! No faceless crowds here.)

We would love for you to join us.

Get on the waitlist and you will be one of the first to know when our doors are officially open.

LOVE the emphasis of community building over networking! Approach conversations with genuine curiosity - from a place of learning and helping. Bring the human element back into the equation!
