Are we doing enough for women on Women's day?

Had come across these two images today. Doesn't the first image propagate that a woman should excel at work and kitchen too, imagery like this only puts undue pressure on women and men as usual will think its alright for women to work in office during the day and do chores at home too.

The need of the hour is for more images like the 2nd one which truly shows that a woman has the free will to do whatever she feels like.
