We're hardwired to belong, to fit in and we want to be aware of this influence.

Why?

Because we might end up doing things, we regret… And wasting our lives!

So what can we do?

• Question why we do what we do and if it's valuable for us
• Choose better our influences, by changing our environment.
• Take time alone to reflect and think about what we truly want to do and if it's meaningful.
• And we can be the change we want to see.
