We do not need Jobs anymore!
Who can really say I want to wake up every morning go to work, take orders from the boss be told when to eat, when to go to the loo, of even answer my personal calls. And do all these things to get a minimum wage to secure shelter, food and clothes. The number of strikes, absenteeism, fraud that is taking place in most established organization is an indication that something is very wrong in our society. There is no way that we were indeed born "to pay bills and die". Clearly the central government structure and democracy has failed to bring civilization and better life for all. We need to re-think, re-group and restructure our communities.
Each community should be responsible for its own infrastructure, economy and societal issues. The aim for all this should be ensuring that in each community member does not go to bed on an empty tummy. Eventually all community members should have three meals a day. My solution is cooperation through cooperatives. Everyone takes ownership in each project not as an employee. Circulating the rand within a community at least three times before it leaves that community could create economic opportunities for that particular community. African solutions for African problems. Bring back "Ubuntu".
