AI Awakens Your Full-Color Life!
Ozzy Osbourne’s quote about the Beatles is what it’s like waking up in a ChatGPT/AI world: Wow! Instant creative explosions. In most every field, in most every job, you now quickly, fully express your inner self and expand your thinking and curiosity.
Here’s a sample list of ways companies are already use ChatGPT…
But that’s just main categories. It’s To Infinity and Beyond from there! For example, Content Generation includes: Art and Videos, Presentation Slides, Job Interview Questions, Job Summaries, New Hire Onboarding, Training Materials, Communication Plans, Writing Newsletters, Strategic Plan Templates, New Product Rollout Plans, Operational Efficiency KPIs, Customer Emails... Even having an extra AI attendee in your Teams or Zoom meeting just to take notes, sent out verbatim immediately afterward!
Type in anything — like…“Show me how successful strategic thinkers would solve such-and-such problem…†or… “Photo realistic picture, left half black and white sky, right half an explosion of color†(see above) — and creative AI robots scurry to deliver it to you within seconds.
As promised, while this newsletter may cover some techie how tos, our primary focus is on how you can be your best YOU in the AI Era.
So here, in this initial post on creativity, curiosity and innovation, we want to challenge you to awaken your full-color life:
- If you haven’t already: Download ChatGPT (or Google which AI tool best suits your needs, as well as a Cheat Sheet for writing prompts)…
- Apply it to any of your daily tasks…
- And release your inner most creative self!
- But don’t just copy and paste. Check AI’s work — we’re still in the early stages of GenAI and it’s frequently known to ’hallucinate’ — then tailor it with your creative flair!

I find myself using CoPilot multiple times a day now to synthesize notes and develop action items. It is incredibly useful! Longer term, and perhaps paradoxically, I wonder if this AI may actually inhibit the creativity of some of us, by 'doing too much.' ... similar to how the internet and cell phones place 'an encyclopedia' at one's fingertips and the need for knowledge retention (either history, science, or 'gasp' pop culture) declined.

8 个月The idea that creative leaders are not just problem solvers but visionaries who see beyond the obvious is truly inspiring. As you highlighted, fostering an environment where creativity thrives is essential for innovation and growth. This post is a powerful reminder that leadership is as much about imagination and inspiration as it is about strategy and execution. Thank you for sharing such a thought-provoking perspective!
