We begin our relationship with the candidate at the onsite interview.
You are selling a new opportunity, we are selling a new location. We host the candidate on a local home tour that shows off the community and a few examples of some great housing available.
When the candidate ultimately accepts the offer, we get very busy assisting them with the business of moving and finding a new place to live. We work with all aspects of the move including temporary housing, selling their existing home, leasing, purchasing a new home, financing, school registrations, scheduling the movers, and more.
Moving and relocation has many moving parts that all need to happen quickly. Our purpose is to help make this a stress free transition so your candidate arrives ready and focused.
