"Are we clear? Crystal!!"

Leaders, do you remember the movie scene in a "Few Good Men" when Jack Nicholson asks Tom Cruise, "are we clear!?" And Tom Cruise immediately responds "crystal!". We must ask and answer the same question. Are we crystal clear on your mission? As a leader? As an organization?

So many times we go through life unclear about our purpose, often times tossed about by the winds of emotions and circumstances. Sometimes we experience "mission creep" as leaders, and as organizations, trying to find our way. What a waste of time, talent, and opportunity to grow and impact the world.

I believe we are called to a purpose on planet earth. We've been gifted for the assignment, and have been given the opportunity to lead ourselves and others to greater results and success.

If you're clear on your purpose and mission, stay the course, relentlessly! If you're unclear on why you're here, and what you should be doing, then stop and consider sitting down with a mentor or coach. Your life and leadership matters, and those you love, serve, and lead need you aligned with your mission. You'll find greater joy, and your results and impact will soar! So, are you clear??
