• Demand in markets not aligned to where we were strongest
• Clients not undertsanding that they could still recruit from Overseas, alebit within the constraints of the PMSOL

In that time PTL has had to be creative, both developing our domestic recruitment business in Brisbane to help our countrywide clients fill their most important vacancies locally from a VERY small pool of available talent, and working with a number of MARA Agents, and the State Governments to assist candidates gain TSS / 482 and 491 Visas with sponsors within the PMSOL List.

We still are among the market leaders for recruitment of Mechanics, HGV, PSV, Auto, Heavy Diesel, Mechanical Fitters and Machinists from around the Globe into clients in Australia.

Construction, Technology, Healthcare, Software Engineering remain strong vertical markets for us, and 2021 has seen an market penetration into Agriculture, Hospitality and Finance.

We still provide a vital link between the requirements of the client to fill their most important vacancies, and the hopes and dreams of the many Professionals and Tradepeople looking to Australia as their new home.

We work closely with a panel of MARA Migration Agents, all fully qualified to offer advice to both client and candidate alike, and to process Visa Applications quickly and cost effectively.

As we all head towards 2022, and whatever that will bring, we have further expanded out service provision into Mining and Mining Support Industries Recruitment (a sector we left in 2010).

Happily we are now working with 2 major operators in that sector both in WA and QLD, and we look forward to expanding further in the coming months..... watch this space.
