My colleague Brian Carrington isn't on LinkedIn (yet, we're working on him!) but in 2018 after 12 years as an Underwriter for Allianz Insurance, he made a massive move to the broking side of the industry and joined Allsafe Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd. Brian has only just passed his 6-month probation but this feedback our office received this morning from a brand new client he had been assisting, shows the qualities that attracted our management to Brian, just how far he has come in a very short time, how much value he adds to our business and, reflects all the qualities we each endeavour to bring to the table each day.

"I had reason to contact your company today re Escort/Pilot Vehicle Driver Liability Insurance after contracting to Driver Escort/Pilot Vehicles with a small Queensland Business.

Previous to this I had dealt with 3 other Insurance Brokers 2 of which did not even know what cover I would need… even after fully explaining it to them.

The other was a so called expert in Pilot Driver Liability Insurance and I supplied all the required information last Thursday and I am still awaiting for the final quote and offer…

I contacted Brian late this morning and a few hours later the insurance was finalised and I now have the insurance policy I was after (I have my first job tomorrow so getting this finalised was extremely importance).

Even though the other brokers' policy was somewhat cheaper then your policy Brian seemed to know what he was talking about and was very well spoken, professional and efficient and had my policy finalised within a few hours and not days as it was taking to even get a final quote from other brokers.

Brian’s assistance, professionalism and attitude also lead me to believe than any claims and issues would be handled the same.

SO please pass this email onto your management as it is people like Brian who get you the business/customers and it is not always the lowest price that matters. Customer service and support are the most important things as without them you do not get the customers.

I am only a little fish in the insurance world and those companies who look after ALL their customers BOTH the big fish and little fish are the ones who get ahead and make money. There are more small businesses that large businesses operating in Australia. AND many Sole traders like myself.
