We can't live in yesterday's standard and expect to be a winner today.

We can't live in yesterday's standard and expect to be a winner today.

All of us are looking for something to help us to win, to take us to next level and most to grow emotionally, physically and financially.

Have you thought what is the difference that make only few people successful, what makes them effective than other people, if there is one skill in those people in common, it will be “The ability to constantly anticipate change before it occurs”.

Anticipation is a skill that could help you takeout stress from your life, could make you incredible successful thus can take away fear!

The power to anticipate is the power to shape the direction of your life and all of who you care about.

Your level of success measure by how do you react to problems? And then how you could solve those problems?

Have you been in a problem before? What is the challenge in the problem? The challenge is when you get in a problem you found yourself in a must, you found yourself in reaction to a problem.

The leaders are the only people who anticipate the problem and solve it even before it shows up.

When GE appointed a new Chairman and while he is responding to employees’ query for why he decided to let them go, even one asked,“ how I was good yesterday and not worthwhile today?” the GE new Chairman responded, “it is not about worthwhile, what you are doing is not long competitive, you know when Roger Gilbert Bannister Broke the 4 minutes a mile ( in 1952) it was powerful, but today kids in a school run 4 minutes a mile” that is when he concluded, “We cant live in yesterday standard and expect to be a winner today”

What encourages me to write about anticipation is the way of how the bear is catching the salmon. ????? ????

Brilliant brother I agree 100%, I want to add that anticipation and taking action are so important ..in some cases we anticipate changes but we dont act ...or try to act too late

Although it is a wonderful article, I disagree with you in one point; are you encouraging companies to always look for new employees and let go of the experienced ones just because they became form the past!, with an old mentality?! I think we can always train and instruct our people how to keep up with new things (new technology, skills, trend,.... etc) rather than letting them go and holding them in the past! I believe that they are a treasure due to the large experience they acquired during their career life. Also in the other hand sometimes we need fresh blood, so balance in between is required!
