Unleashing the Power of Habits and the Subconscious Mind
Have you ever wondered why I don't miss my regular gym sessions? It's because the workout has ingrained itself into my subconscious mind, making it a daily habit.
Likewise, tardiness at work is not an issue for me. Punctuality has become a habit that I prioritize, ensuring that I am always on time.
When it comes to spending, I don't splurge on unnecessary items. Why? Because being mindful of my expenses has become a habit that shapes my financial choices.
On the flip side...
I used to survive on just 4 hours of sleep each night, forming a detrimental habit. However, as the toll on my health became apparent, I realized the need for change. Mere knowledge of its adverse effects wasn't enough to break the habit. Even setting a goal of getting 7 or 8 hours of sleep each night, driven by the awareness of its health benefits, proved futile. My desire for better sleep was overshadowed by late-night scrolling on social media, watching YouTube videos, and indulging in Netflix movies.
While wanting the goal didn't yield results, a significant shift occurred when I began visualizing it. It became evident that, regardless of the objective, the ability to vividly picture it in the mind is crucial. Merely thinking about your goal isn't sufficient; accessing a specific state of your mind is essential. This realization led me to delve into the art of goal-setting within the subconscious mind.
Embrace the power of habits and unlock the potential of your subconscious mind. It's not just about wanting change; it's about envisioning it clearly in your mind and navigating the depths of your subconscious for transformative results.
