We cannot change the past, and we don't know what the future holds.

These are undeniable truths that we must accept and come to terms with as we navigate through our lives. While it can be easy to get caught up in regrets about the past or anxieties about the future, the reality is that we have no control over either. The past is behind us, set in stone, unable to be altered no matter how much we may wish it were different. Dwelling on past mistakes or wishing we had made different choices will not change what has already happened. It is important to learn from our past experiences, both positive and negative, and use them to shape our future decisions. However, we must also recognize that we cannot undo the past and must instead focus on moving forward. On the other hand, the future is a vast unknown that we can never fully predict or control. While we can make plans and set goals for the future, there are countless variables that can influence the outcomes of our actions. The unpredictability of the future can be overwhelming, but it can also be liberating. Instead of worrying about what may or may not happen, we can choose to embrace the uncertainty and live in the present moment. So, what does this mean for us as individuals? It means that we must focus on the here and now, making the most of the present moment and appreciating the beauty of life as it unfolds. It means letting go of the past and forgiving ourselves for our mistakes, knowing that we are all imperfect beings who are capable of growth and change. It means releasing our fears and anxieties about the future and trusting that everything will unfold as it is meant to.
